thumb_bright_ballTo make a bright object using composite nodes, follow the configurations of this snapshot. You will get something like a lightsaber effect.

The glow effect may be done easily with composite nodes. The image get glow and bright, like a light saber.

The idea is simple: create a object 3d, add two bright layers and get this result:

The nodes configurations are here  (Click the image to expand):

Duplicating objects

When we duplicate objects we can use SHIFT + D or ALT + D.

On the first way both will be independent objects. This means that both are totally separeted objects.

On the second way, all the copies will be instances from the first object. This means that all modifications on the first object will happen in all other objects.
